By accessing or using MotoCare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MotoCare is a vehicle maintenance management platform that allows users to:

  • Add and manage vehicle information
  • Track maintenance history and costs
  • Schedule upcoming maintenance with reminders
  • Generate fleet analytics and reports
  • Receive email notifications for maintenance schedules

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Vehicle Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information, maintenance records, and service schedules you enter into MotoCare. The Service provides tools for tracking and reminders, but does not verify the accuracy of your data.

4.2 Maintenance Decisions

MotoCare provides reminders and suggestions for vehicle maintenance. These are based on the data you input and general maintenance intervals. You are responsible for making all maintenance decisions for your vehicles. We are not liable for any vehicle damage, safety issues, or financial losses resulting from maintenance decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

4.3 Service Reminders

While we strive to send reminders promptly, email delivery is not guaranteed. You should not rely solely on MotoCare reminders for time-sensitive vehicle maintenance. Always maintain your own backup system for tracking critical service dates.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without written permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MotoCare and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into MotoCare. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data Export and Deletion

You can export your vehicle and maintenance data at any time through the reports feature. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at md.ashif.dev@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MotoCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is currently free)
  • We are not responsible for vehicle damage, accidents, or safety issues related to maintenance decisions

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
